We also need at least two players who can play hooker. In this league (to allow maximum participation) we will allow 22 players per team.
Should any team arrive, however, with less than fifteen players but provided there are at least twelve players, the match may commence subject to the provision of props as described above.
PLAYERS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SOUTHERN KZN TEAMS (without doctor's notes describing injuries) will NOT be allowed to play in the semi - finals and finals of either the Presidents Cup or the Bert Woolley Trophy. No exceptions will be made!

2. LOG POINTS FORMAT
The following log points will be awarded in our league:
Win : 4 points
Draw : 2 points
Loss : 1 point if score 7 or less than winning team
Loss : 0 points if loss greater than 7 points
Try Bonus : 1 point if 4 or more tries is scored by either team

3. FINALISATION OF THE LEAGUE
Each team should have now played 8 games. The log points earned as per above will be tallied. The team ending top in the south section will play against the team ending fourth in the north. The team ending second in the south will play against the team ending third in the north, and the same goes for teams ending first and second in the north, they will play the teams ending fourth and third from the south respectively. These games will all be played on a knock out basis and will take place at the venue of the team who where better placed on the log. The points you gain in the quarter finals will be added to your log points and this will assist in determining where the semi finals will be played. The four teams who win their quarter final matches will play their semi final fixtures based on all the points they have earned in both the round robin and quarter final matches. These games will be played on a 1v4 and 2v3 basis, at the venues of teams ending 1 and 2 respectively. The points you get in the semi finals will be added to your log points to determine where the final is played. The winners of the semi finals will play for the Presidents cup and the two losing teams will contest the Bert Wooley trophy. These games will be played at the venue of the top ranked team playing for the Presidents cup, unless it makes suitable sense to play the two finals at different venues, this will be at the executive's discretion. In the case of equal log points this will be determined firstly by point's difference, then the amount of tries scored by each team. In the unlikely event of a further tie - we will revert to the spinning of a coin.
