Telnet, an independent supplier of telecommunications solutions to SME and Corporate Businesses throughout KwaZulu-Natal and the rest of South Africa, have become another helpful member of The Sharks family by committing themselves to the club game in the province when they recently announced their sponsorship deal with the Durban North based club Crusaders.

Sales Director Rob Muschamp advised that the company is excited about their association with the game at grassroots level. Whilst they are an international organisation, serving local communities is very important to them.

Now known as Telnet Crusaders. the young Chairman Wes Cowan. who together with Chris 'Young Buck' Young stood together to salvage what at one stage looked like a sinking ship. deserve a lot of credit for their efforts.

Cowan had no hesitation in thanking Telnet for their sponsorship, which has come at just the right time and gave huge credit to Graeme Dow and Barry Brown of Marshall Security for their behind-the-scenes work with Telnet.

Having met Managing Director Yogash Patel who advised The Sharks Magazine that their rugby connection is a lot closer than we think, explaining that former Bok and Sharks Cabous van der Westhuizen is their Marketing Director, Crusaders are indeed in good hands financially.
