All eyes will be focused on Pietermaritzburg as club rugby swings back into action on Saturday after a weekend break and sees the first of the Fidelity Security Club Days series being hosted by Ricoh Maritzburg Collegians at Woodburn, when they entertain SA Home Loans Durban Collegians in an all Collegians Moor Cup derby.

The unbeaten Durban side lie in second place behind log leaders Jonsson College Rovers on the Premier Division log table and must surely start out as clear cut favourites, especially if all their Vodacom Cup players turn out for them this weekend. But having said that, Durban Collegians will undoubtedly recall the same game last year at Woodburn when they were given a hard time by their Maritzburg counterparts and another enthralling encounter is hopefully in the offing.

The 2012 Moor Cup champions, College Rovers, also travel to Pietermaritzburg to face their hosts FNB UKZN Impi at their Peter Booysen home grounds in the capital and it will certainly be an enthusiastic Varsity confrontation. The students over the years have been the Rovers' nemesis in their home game encounters at Washington Road and are sure to lift their game on Saturday as they will be hurting at losing to the Durban North side Marshall Security Crusaders in their last outing two weeks ago.

In the other games, Oxford Wentworth Harlequins host Thanda Zululand Rhinos out on the Bluff while in the all Durban North derby, Varsity College host Crusaders at Riverside in what could be an exciting and enthralling encounter, with the visitors looking better with each outing. All games kick off at 3.30pm.

In the First Division, Amanzimtoti entertain Hillcrest, South Coast Warriors visit Fidelity Security Jaguars, Richards Bay are at home to Ballito Dolphins and UKZN Durban will be visiting Westville Old Boys. These games also kick off at 3.30pm while in the Under 20 ‘A’ Division, front-runners Rovers are away to UKZN Maritzburg in the capital for a 2pm kick off while in the other games all scheduled for a 3.30pm start, UKZN Durban host Durban Collegians, Varsity College meet Crusaders on their home grounds and Harlequins entertain Jaguars.
