ROUSING FINALE FOR UKZN COMBINATION

UKZN completed their Varsity Shield campaign with an impressive 24-22 victory over the Central University of Technology (Bloemfontein) last Monday evening in Pietermaritzburg. It was the second consecutive victory for UKZN over CUT. Despite their two losses to the Impi, CUT went on to claim the Varsity Shield title.

The students will soon be in action again, this time in the KZN leagues IV Maritzburg Varsity in the premier league, Durban Varsity in the first division, and UKZN Westville in the fourth division.

CENTENARY PUBLICATION AVAILABLE

The Varsity Rugby Centenary publication, The Time of our Lives, featuring contributions by Tom Bedford, Gary Teichmann, Joel Stransky, Wynand Claassen, Craig Jamieson, Skonk Nicholson and Doc Louw is now available at selected retailers. Retailing at R130, the publication is available at the following locations:
